Kendo is not only a fascinating martial art, but also promotes a profound connection between body and mind. Passing this on to newcomers enables me to share this experience and accompany them on their own path of personal development.

In addition to teaching kendo, having fun is my top priority. It is important to have a smile on your face even when you go beyond your personal comfort zone.

Hi, I'm Mika and I started kendo when I was a teenager, I have Japanese roots and I think it's fantastic to practice the traditional samurai sword technique in sport, after a long day at school it's great to work out with other teenagers and children.
With me you will learn how to skillfully use your feet to elegantly use the bamboo sword. Concentration, responsiveness, physical agility and appreciation of your opponent are also a few cool elements that I want to teach you. I look forward to seeing YOU!
