We take you out of your personal comfort zone

Kendo ist fordernd, gibt aber ungefragt auch viel zurück. Es kann helfen äußere Barrieren zu überwinden und innere Spannungen abzubauen. Dafür lohnt es sich ordentlich reinzuhauen.

In addition to teaching Kendo, having fun is my top priority. It is important to have a smile on your face even when you go beyond your personal comfort zone.

You are in good hands with Mika

Hi, I'm Mika and I started kendo when I was a teenager, I have Japanese roots and I think it's fantastic to practice the traditional samurai sword technique in sport, after a long day at school it's great to work out with other teenagers and children.
With me you will learn how to skillfully use your feet to elegantly use the bamboo sword. Concentration, responsiveness, physical agility and appreciation of your opponent are also a few cool elements that I want to teach you. I look forward to seeing YOU!
